Comparison of Mid-Size Steel Ovens (gas), including Prices

Check out the table below comparing the mainstream mid-size stainless steel gas-fired pizza ovens, sized roughly between 24×24″, 24×36″ and 32×32″. We have information on size, materials, price and country of origin. These ovens are larger than then small countertop ovens that don’t do a lot more than make one pizza at a time, and they are accordingly more expense. One other thing to note, these ovens have the added expensive of a gas burner, when compared with the wood-burning versions. Also note that some ovens are gas-only, while others offer various forms of hybrid cooking—which for some producers means the oven can cook in both wood-mode and gas-mode, but not both at the same time, while others allow for both gas and wood.

One of the things that jumps off the page for us is what good value the Pizza Party ovens are. If you can get past the funky shape.

We’re hoping this table will help you decide which wood-fired mid-size steel oven to buy. If you think we should provide more information, let us know, and we’ll improve this article.
