Central Milling

Central Milling is the oldest continuously operating company in the State of Utah, providing high-end flour and grains to homes and bakeries across the country since 1867. While they have over 150 years of milling experience under their belt and a focus on quality grains and milling, they work to balance innovation and technology.

They have a partnership with 13-time World Pizza Cup Champion Tony Gemignani to produce a proprietary Tipo 00 flour designed for “artisan” pizza making from both homeowners and pizzerias.
