Oven Chamber

The part of a pizza oven that actually bakes your pizza, including the oven dome and floor, set behind the oven door.

Technically, the oven chamber is a different functional part of a pizza oven from the oven vent. The oven chamber holds and circulates heat in order to bake pizza, bread, roasts, etc., while the vent, which is set outside and in front of the oven chamber is designed to extract hot air and smoke from the oven, and provide the oven chamber with fresh air enabling the oven to breath.
