Biscotto Baking Stone

Biscotto Baking Stone is another way of saying Biscotto di Sorrento stone. It’s interesting to note that the word Biscotto can mean both a Biscotto baking stone, or a type of cookie in Italian, and that saying Biscotto stone in English is redundant, sort of like saying it’s a “natural clay stone” stone. You can still correctly say, “I replaced the cordierite baking stone in my Gozney Roccbox with an authentic handmade Biscotto baking stone made in Sorrento and my oven works so much better. The difference is incredible.”
